Design

The design of OLEA encompasses what made the good old days so good. A time when playtime was more important than screentime and summer afternoons were spent playing with the next-door neighbours. The development has been specifically laid out to promote these values and bring them into the now.
“The primary focus in the design for Olea has been the creation of community. This has been reflected in the architect by the mixture of dwelling types and styles set around common landscape spaces that are well connected and integrated with the surrounding amenity provided by the proximity to the town centre and grasslands.”

Colour Schemes

Sage
Olive

Choose from two timeless colours schemes in varying contrasts, both of which have been inspired by the landscape and surrounding grasslands.

Natural materials in soft greens, rich browns and clean neutrals invite a visual relationship to what lies beyond the interior of your townhouse.

“These schemes were developed to connect the interior spaces to the landscape and surrounding green areas off site. We want to encourage the connection between humans and nature, and by doing this we can also encourage the connection between residents and their neighbours”

Kitchen

The kitchens have been designed with clever placement of windows above the stone benchtop with a direct view to the landscaped area outside -flooding the space with natural light and ensuring that you feel connected to the nature outside. Quality appliances by leading brand Franke, such as induction cooking ensure that entertaining in your new home will be effortless.

For the savvy buyer, there is optional upgrade to pendant feature lighting available.

Living

Generous open plan living gives you the space to entertain, relax or work.

An upstairs rumpus room available on selected floorplans provides further space – for the kids to play, parents to get away or, a place for guests to feel at home.

Bathrooms

The high standard of finishes is carried through the bathrooms with full height tiling. Mirror cabinets and under basin storage provide a clever place to store all the clutter for stress-free mornings and relaxing evenings.
